Server/Lead Bartender

Job Summary

With our continued growth and addition of our Sapphire Event and Cocktail Lounge space,
Fireside Lounge & Supper Club along with our new Event Room & Cocktail Lounge is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our team in a growing hospitality environment. We are open Wednesday thru Sunday, with flexible positions available. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service. We welcome experience in casual dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a server, providing a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• (Bartenders) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. (Servers) Serving guests with the goal of offering the best dining experience in the area.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the food industry, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is a plus, but we are willing to train.
• Serving Experience is a plus, but we will gladly train the right individuals willing to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is required.
• Experience in sales within the hospitality sector is a plus, as well as familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory management. Join us in delivering exceptional experiences through your expertise in bartending and customer engagement
