Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Micros POS is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments using strong time management skills
• Experience serving in banquet or catering environments enhances your versatility in hospitality roles
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
