Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project estimating. 5 years of electrical experience in a semiconductor construction environment. Experience with BIM360, Navisworks, and 3D modeling tools. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience. Knowledge of funding approval processes and cost estimation practices.
