Job Title: Dental Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Redford, Michigan
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures
• Take and develop high-quality digital dental x-rays
• Take impressions and fabricate temporary crowns and bridges
• Maintain strict sterilization and disinfection protocols (OSHA & CDC guidelines)
• Document dental and medical history accurately in patient records
• Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Collaborate with team to ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred
• Active Radiology Certification (required)
• Proficient in impressions, temporaries, and dental terminology
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and dependable team player
