The Brunch District is a warm, vibrant brunch restaurant known for great food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for energetic, friendly Servers who can deliver exceptional hospitality during fast-paced brunch service.
Great hours We open from 7am til 2:30pm

Position Summary
Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages quickly, and creating a positive and memorable brunch experience. This role requires strong multitasking skills, great communication, and the ability to thrive during busy weekend rushes.
Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
-Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
-Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system.
-Provide menu guidance and answer questions about dishes, allergens, and ingredients.
-Serve coffee, espresso drinks, juices, cocktails, and brunch beverages promptly.
-Deliver food efficiently and ensure each order is accurate and well-presented.
-Anticipate guest needs: refills, condiments, coffee top-ups, to-go boxes, etc.
-Maintain clean, organized tables and assist with pre-bussing.
-Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, baristas, and bartenders.
-Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing side work as assigned.
-Uphold sanitation, safety, and hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications
-Serving experience preferred (brunch or high-volume experience is a plus).
-Strong communication and multitasking skills.
-Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant movement.
-Comfortable carrying plates/trays and standing for long periods.
-Must be 18+ for alcohol service in Texas.
-Flexible availability is required — particularly on weekends and holidays.

Schedule
3-4 days
Morning to early afternoon shifts
Weekend availability required
Additional shifts available based on business needs
Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up or swap shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
