Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager with Marriott experience to oversee guest services and front desk operations at our upscale hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of hospitality management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced resort environment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred to enhance guest relations and communication.

Duties
- Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest services and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Oversee guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Handle night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Maintain proficiency with multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Order front desk supplies. Includes managing the marketplace.
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations
- Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and special requests for guests
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, specifically within a hotel environment such as Marriott or similar upscale brands
- Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Knowledge of resort operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
