Are you an experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor seeking your next career move? Our client, a well-established multi-discipline practice based in Kent, is looking for a driven and technically strong surveyor to join their growing team.

This is a key appointment offering the chance to work across a variety of exciting projects throughout the Southeast. The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading on contract administration under JCT contracts and managing a diverse portfolio of project work.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion
• Managing contract administration and procurement processes, particularly under JCT
• Preparing and overseeing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Contributing to remediation and fire safety/cladding projects prior experience is beneficial, though training will be offered for the right candidate keen to develop in this area

What Were Looking For

• MRICS qualified (Chartered Building Surveyor)
• Strong background in project work and contract administration (JCT)
• Experience or a genuine interest in cladding, fire safety, and remediation works
• Confident client communicator with strong technical and organisational skills
• A team player with the ambition to progress towards Partnership status
