Our excellence in home/commercial services is only possible through the foundation of our talented and valued employees that practices and provides team work daily./ppWe are looking for an Outside Sales/Marketing Account Manager to create, manage, and maintain partners and customer relationships. As our Outside Sales/Marketing Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our partners and customer base. The ideal candidate must have experience in outside sales and customer service. We will expect you to be a reliable professional that is able to achieve a balance between partner orientation and a results-driven approach. Our goal is to find partners with opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction./ph3Position Responsibilities:/h3ulliManage the entire sales cycle from finding partners/clients to secure new deals./liliCultivate strong professional relationships with insurance companies, property management group, and other preferred vendor program resources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales./liliVisit targeted trade partners and referral sources, which include, but are not limited to, plumbers, HVAC companies, leasing agents, realtors, property managers, insurance agents and public adjusters to establish long term relationships./liliDeliver effective sales presentations in person./liliRemain in frequent contact with your partners to understand their needs./liliPlan and manage appointment schedules./liliMaintain exceptional internal and external customer communication./liliMaintain accurate sales documentation./liliProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers experience./li/ulh3Preferred Skills and Experience:/h3ulliProven experience as an outside sales representative, or in other sales/customer service role is a must have./liliOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus./liliExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships./liliOrganizational and time-management skills./liliEnthusiastic and passionate./li/ulpJob Types: Full-time/ppPay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year/ppBenefits:/pulliSalary plus Commission/liliFlexible schedule/liliCell Phone reimbursement or to be provided/liliPaid time off/liliProfessional development assistance/liliReferral program/liliMileage Reimbursement/li/ulpSchedule:/pulliDay shift/liliMonday to Friday/liliWeekend availability/li/ulpSupplemental pay types:/pulliBonus pay./liliSign on Bonus for the candidate that can bring business with them./li/ulpExperience:/pulliMarketing: 5 years (Required)/liliWater damage restoration: 5 years (Preferred)/li/ulpFlexible work from home options available./p/div
