Job Description
:

Seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit top construction management professionals to support rapidly growing operations nationwide while also assisting other regions and sectors based on hiring volume. Provide best-in-class candidate experience, building strong consultative relationships with hiring leaders and identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.

Responsibilities
:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and align on sourcing strategy, timeline and expectations
• Identify, attract and engage top industry talent using creative and proactive sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide hiring teams with market insights, data and recommendations to guide decision making
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information with the Applicant Tracking System
• Summarize weekly recruiting progress and share updates on open searches, pipeline activity, and candidate flow

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the construction, engineering or architecture industry
• Open to candidates with either in-house or agency recruiting experience
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions and meeting hiring goals
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High sense of urgency, strong follow-through, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required; iCIMS experience preferred but not required
• Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
