Assembly and Rigging Supervisor

The Rigging Supervisor is responsible for all operations related to the Rigging areas, including pulling, preparing, organizing, packing, and staging all small parts and hardware required for production and shipping. This role oversees workflow, safety, inventory accuracy, employee performance, and cross-department coordination. A high level of organization, accuracy, leadership, and communication is required to ensure all materials are accounted for and ready for use.

Safety & Workplace Standards

· Strictly follow all safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods.

· Provide safety suggestions and lead continuous improvements in safety culture.

· Maintain a clean, orderly, organized workspace across the Rigging areas.

Operations & Workflow

· Ensure proper workflow, cleanliness, and organization.

· Package and prepare products for shipment.

· Review and distribute work orders.

· Perform and oversee hand assembly operations based on detailed work orders.

· Operate semi-automatic equipment (e.g., crimp presses).

· Conduct quality inspections of in-process and finished products.

· Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory levels.

· Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams.

· Assist in completion of work orders when necessary.

· Support daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Leadership & Employee Management

· Supervise department employees; provide training, coaching, and counseling as needed.

· Ensure team members take ownership and pride in the quality of their work.

· Maintain strong employee morale and foster teamwork.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
