Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to walk-in sales and rental requests, processing all paperwork associated with the transaction and following up appropriately.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support walk-in customers purchase and/or rental requests by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Handle inbound sales leads via phone, email and internet. Fulfill the customers' questions and pass information to outside sales for follow up if required.
• Complete machine walk-arounds. Demonstrate the operation of equipment and understand and communicate maintenance requirements.
• Ensure rental return units are inspected for damage and service department make ready is created as soon as unit is returned.
• Call inactive customers and determine if they have any equipment needs,
• Follow up on sales leads. Utilize CRM system and ensure authentic information is available with the company.

Required Skills and Education

• Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be expert in handling CRM software and other common computer software such as Power Point, MS Word , Outlook and Excel
• Creative thinker and should posses ability to resolve critical problems
• Good organizational skills, should have ability to multitask and handle multiple situations in a day.
• Should posses ability to work individually in certain situations
• Minimum 2 years sales or equipment experience.
• Associates degree a plus
• Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36, $60,000.00 per year
