We manage student housing communities with high standards and strong accountability—and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carolina Creek Student Townhomes.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and general carpentry
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident work orders
• Complete preventive maintenance and routine property inspections
• Assist with turns/make-readies for move-ins and move-outs
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept grounds and common areas
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Accurately document work orders and maintenance activity
• Follow all safety standards and company policies

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily or student housing preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Trade school or technical training is a plus, but not required
