Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver high-quality service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist with setting up and serving during events in our flexible event space

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience
• Availability to work breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
