Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, private schools, or special education environments. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere while effectively managing classroom behavior and promoting the overall well-being of students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to address challenges and support students' social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure comprehensive support for each child's learning journey.
• Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, private school, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.
• Experience working with students with autism or other behavioral health needs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment that promotes physical education and overall well-being.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the field of education.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in education or related fields are highly desirable.
