Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and hygienically maintained
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues needing escalation
• Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any damages or safety hazards immediately

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; we value motivation and a strong work ethic above all
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures for handling chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
