Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless guest experience by managing front desk operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for providing exceptional guest relations.

Duties

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports for management review.
• Manage reservations and cancellations through multi-line phone systems while maintaining accurate records in the hotel management system.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain security protocols during night shifts, monitoring the premises for safety concerns.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Strong phone etiquette skills, capable of managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
