Job Description: Office/Sales Manager

Location: Upper East Dental Innovations – New York, NY

Upper East Dental Innovations is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing dental practice. This role will focus on driving patient growth, managing sales initiatives, and enhancing client relationships to support our mission of providing exceptional dental care with a personalized touch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all sales and promotional activities for the practice.
• Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media, community outreach, and promotional events.
• Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand our patient base.
• Handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and manage follow-up calls for new leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (healthcare or dental preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident speaking with patients and professionals.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn — we will train the right candidate.
