About the Opportunity:
The organization helps businesses earn and prove trust by enabling continuous security monitoring and verification. The Enterprise Platform team is being formed to support growth by building reliable, scalable, and resilient distributed systems, including a FedRAMP deployment. This role involves defining reliability foundations, building core infrastructure, and guiding teams to design consistent, high-performing services.
Responsibilities:
• Build and operate systems powering FedRAMP environments, including automated release, vulnerability remediation, and evidence generation pipelines meeting compliance timelines
• Design and maintain the vulnerability management platform, automating detection, remediation, and compliance reporting across FedRAMP and non-FedRAMP environments
• Define and evolve the production reliability framework, including SLOs, incident response patterns, observability standards, service catalog, metrics dashboards, and SLA definitions
• Improve incident response workflows and systems for faster recovery
• Engineer reliability improvements for CI and deployment workflows to reduce production friction and operational load while maintaining deployment velocity
• Collaborate with product teams to embed reliability best practices, guide operational readiness reviews, and assist in designing for resilience
• Lead design and improvement of datacenter and environment build-outs for future FedRAMP levels and regional expansion
• Identify and solve complex scalability and performance challenges related to service reliability and data throughput
• Work with engineers to impact the customer base by improving security capabilities
• Contribute to building the engineering culture during growth
Requirements:
• Experience operating services in multiple environments with strict compliance requirements including FedRAMP
• Technical leadership in driving large-scale reliability initiatives across product engineering organizations
• Technical leadership roles on infrastructure or platform teams
• Experience with infrastructure, AWS services, and scaling platforms in fast-growing environments
• Commitment to empowering teams to build resilient and scalable production services
• Good product sense and thoughtfulness about trade-offs when creating highly available infrastructure and services

Compensation:
• Base pay ranges are shared for all US-based job postings regardless of state
• Standard base pay ranges are set based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies
• Final offers vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of experience, and relevant licenses or credentials
