Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our night shift in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility. This LPN night shift position offers daily pay, strong leadership support, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on night shift
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies

• Active Missouri LPN license – required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care
