Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

1. Delivery Driver Duties:

2. Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locations.

3. Plan delivery routes and efficiently schedule deliveries to optimize time management.
4. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition.
5. Collect payments from customers when required and maintain accurate delivery records.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and address any inquiries or concerns professionally.
7. Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.

8. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries.

9. Warehouse Operations:

10. Receive incoming shipments and ensure accuracy of received goods.

11. Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
12. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
13. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
14. Load and unload delivery vehicles with products and supplies as needed.
15. Keep warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
16. Perform regular maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics and warehousing is a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
