Overview:
We're seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across various community-based settings. This is not a remote position — you'll deliver in-person care throughout your assigned area, Clark County, traveling to patient locations as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Hospice, and Group Home settings in Clark County.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and manage patients' health conditions.
- Deliver health education, counseling, and disease prevention guidance to promote wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Develop, document, and update individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments in accordance with licensure and scope of practice.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, which may include weekend or holiday coverage.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related nurse practitioner experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Active, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in NV.
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test (required).
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $110,880 - $166,320, plus bonus eligibility.
