Production Supervisor/Manager

ATC Manufacturing is a Thermoplastic Composite Manufacturing employer building aerospace parts. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing plant. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and team management. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train new employees on equipment use, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with management to improve manufacturing processes and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead teams effectively, motivate staff, and enforce safety standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• This role is vital for maintaining efficient production workflows while ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
