• Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses for all shifts, including 12 hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) for Double Weekend program where you work two double shifts on a weekend and get paid for a 5th shift The Golden Hill family treats our residents, their family, friends, and staff with dignity, kindness, benevolence, and respect. Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
