Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a hotel or resort environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Handle phone systems and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
