Associate Attorney

Our client is a well-established New York personal injury law firm and they are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3-to-5 years of plaintiff-side experience, particularly in construction accidents and Labor Law matters. This on-site role offers a hands-on, immersive environment where you will work directly with the firm's name partners on complex, high-impact personal injury cases spanning construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence claims.

The Associate will take on meaningful responsibility from day one, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, appearing for court conferences, preparing cases for mediation and trial, and maintaining consistent communication with clients, experts, and investigators. This position is designed for someone who wants real courtroom exposure, increased strategic involvement, and the opportunity to develop into a trusted advocate within a fast-moving litigation practice.

The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, solid plaintiff PI experience, familiarity with construction-related cases, and the ability to work proactively in a partner-facing environment. The firm values professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of assignments while working collaboratively with the partners and team.
