Job Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and creativity
• Provide friendly, engaging customer service that enhances the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Operate Toast POS efficiently to process orders, payments, and manage tabs
• Stay knowledgeable about Pez Vela's cocktail, wine, and food menus to make recommendations
• Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies

What We're Looking For:

Bartending experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person

Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure

Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays may be required

Experience with Toast POS is a plus

A passion for mixology and delivering top-notch guest experiences
