Davam Family Medicine is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager / Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hybrid leadership position in which you will oversee daily operations while also participating in front-desk responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and staff performance.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and provider calendar.
- Supervise front-desk and clinical support teams.
- Manage patient check-in/check-out process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify insurance, assist with patient registration, and process payments.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries by phone and in person.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal practice policies.
- Coordinate inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply ordering.
- Monitor operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Lead staff meetings, support team development, and implement process improvements.
- Resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and billing questions promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
- Family practice experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance verification, and front-office operations.
- Experience with EHR systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
