Siding/Trim Carpenter

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Timbercraft. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including framing, roofing, masonry, and finishing work. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites.
• Execute framing, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and stucco application with precision.
• Support fabrication and metalwork tasks including steel framing and custom metal components fabrication.
• Engage in projects by performing carpentry, flooring installation, and general maintenance person duties.
• Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Read and follow schematics and technical instructions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and stucco application.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
• Previous experience working on restoration or remodeling projects is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers. Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
