Hiring CDL-A Drivers – No Experience Needed

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Completion of 120+ hours of approved truck-driving training within the last two years
• Good driving record (some minor violations allowed)
• Must pass a DOT physical, including hair and urine drug tests

Pay & Benefits:

• Solo drivers earn $1,309–$1,605+ per week
• Practical, hands-on training before going solo
• Safety and performance bonuses up to 8¢ per mile
• Opportunity to earn up to $1,800 weekly on OTR routes
• Transition bonuses up to $1,500
• Eligibility to move into local routes after 1 month of training and 3 months OTR

Responsibilities:

• Run 2,500–3,000 miles each week
• Operate equipment safely and complete all required inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and follow company procedures
• Communicate consistently with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
