What You'll Do

  • Serve as a welcoming, polished, and professional first impression for all guests
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including preparing accurate room assignments, assisting departing guests, and gathering guest feedback
  • Conduct brief daily check-ins with the front desk team to provide training, motivation, and clear communication for the day's priorities
  • Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager to receive and carry out tasks, follow-up items, and deadlines
  • Monitor and support the breakfast operation to ensure an efficient and enjoyable dining experience
  • Lead, coach, and support front desk associates to maintain high performance and strong morale
  • Assist with basic food & beverage coordination and maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready lobby and front desk area
  • Uphold high service standards while ensuring tasks and deadlines are consistently met
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-driven work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.18 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
