Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analytics professional to drive data-based decision-making across multiple customer groups and therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, leading advanced analytical projects, and influencing commercial strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will serve as the in-house expert on statistical methodologies, marketing impact measurement, and industry-standard data sources. Your work will guide decisions on promotional strategy, customer targeting, resource allocation, and brand planning. This position offers the opportunity to shape high-visibility initiatives while collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics—including marketing mix modeling, ROI analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling—to inform brand strategy and promotional effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate insights into actionable business tactics and commercial strategies.
• Lead the development of customer targets and segments aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure analytical findings are effectively communicated, integrated into sales force call plans, and used to support forecasting.
• Share best practices, methodologies, and vendor expertise across the department.
• Establish strong analytical processes that support evolving business and execution needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field with at least 7 years of analytical experience;
  or
  a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in developing, documenting, and presenting analytical plans.
• Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources, digital analytics, and advanced statistical techniques
