Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing the sales team while developing strategies to expand our customer base. This role oversees residential and/or commercial HVAC sales processes, develops proposals, maintains customer relationships, and ensures sales targets are met or exceeded.

Pay will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of HVAC sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and/or industrial sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and customers.
  • Oversee job estimates, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales forecasting reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, service, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide product and technical HVAC knowledge to customers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching, motivation, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through excellent customer service.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Experience

  • 2+ years of HVAC sales experience (management experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
  • Demonstrated success in management roles leading sales teams or departments.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
