Monkee's Franchising is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our corporate marketing team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for a college student pursuing graphic design, visual communication, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while working with an established retail brand.

Internship Details

  • Location: Winston-Salem, NC
  • Schedule: In-person 2 days per week
  • Duration: Summer internship (dates flexible)
  • Compensation: Unpaid internship — eligible for college credit (we're happy to work with your school's requirements)

What You'll Do

  • Assist with creating graphic assets for email marketing, social media, and web
  • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing and creative team on real projects used across our boutique network
  • Gain exposure to e-commerce, retail marketing, and brand storytelling

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled college student
  • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in person in Winston-Salem two days per week
  • Interest in fashion, branding, or retail marketing is a plus

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing relevant design work. Student projects are welcome.
