Monkee's Franchising is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our corporate marketing team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for a college student pursuing graphic design, visual communication, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while working with an established retail brand.
Internship Details
- Location: Winston-Salem, NC
- Schedule: In-person 2 days per week
- Duration: Summer internship (dates flexible)
- Compensation: Unpaid internship — eligible for college credit (we're happy to work with your school's requirements)
What You'll Do
- Assist with creating graphic assets for email marketing, social media, and web
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing and creative team on real projects used across our boutique network
- Gain exposure to e-commerce, retail marketing, and brand storytelling
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled college student
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in person in Winston-Salem two days per week
- Interest in fashion, branding, or retail marketing is a plus
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing relevant design work. Student projects are welcome.
