Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
• Take reservations and manage waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the guest's dining experience
• Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and assist with reservations or questions
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas
• Assist servers with guest needs when required, supporting overall guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive guest relations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Host/Host or Server in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests courteously
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in food service, guest services, or hotel operations is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
