We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC lathes. And the ability to cut APi and some premium connections. This role is crucial for ensuring precision and quality in the production of components used in various applications. The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications and production schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Collaborate with team members to assemble components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or defects.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a warehouse or factory setting.
• Proficiency in operating milling machines and CNC lathes, particularly with Fanuc controls.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and tolerances.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
