Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring items are handled securely and efficiently.
• Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers professionally during deliveries, answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
• Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting shipments before and after transit; document any discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in warehouse activities such as inventory management, moving stock, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on route driving and customer interaction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving large or bulky items safely.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and experience with load & unload procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
