Property Manager/Leasing – Luxury Class A Community (Binghamton, NY)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations and in-house leasing for a luxury Class A multifamily community in Binghamton, NY. The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and skilled in driving occupancy, maintaining strong resident relations, and ensuring the property is operated at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of a Class A residential community
• Manage in-house leasing: conducting tours, following up with leads, processing applications, and securing qualified tenants
• Maximize occupancy through strategic marketing and proactive leasing efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive resident relations
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Handle rent collections, delinquencies, renewals, and enforcement of community policies
• Coordinate vendor services, scheduling, and property projects as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including leasing traffic, financials, and occupancy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management and/or leasing required (Class A experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Proficiency with property management systems (ManageGo, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar a plus)
• Professional, polished, and able to represent a luxury brand
• Weekend availability as needed for tours or urgent matters
