Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food service industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality beverages and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
• Manage cash handling, including processing payments and maintaining accurate tabs for customers.
• Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is beneficial.
• Excellent math skills for drink measurements and cash transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
• Must adhere to food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
