Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with a friendly attitude
• Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly, offering local information, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety checks during overnight shifts
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports to support hotel operations
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests, staff, and vendors at all times

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with prior hotel or resort experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Proficiency in hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor and adherence to phone etiquette standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
