- Actively participate in the Children's Advocacy Center multidisciplinary team, collaborating with partners such as medical providers, child protection, law enforcement, and other community agencies.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing training to support high-quality care and your own professional growth.
- Help families connect to additional supports by providing warm hand-offs and resource navigation.
If hired as a Therapist II, you will also:
- Provide consultation, case staffing support, and task supervision for associate-level therapists and interns.
- Assist Clinical Supervisors with case assignments and onboarding new clinical staff.
- Serve as an advanced clinical resource within the multidisciplinary team and help foster a strong learning environment.

- Capacity to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice—especially in high-stress or emotionally complex situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to navigate complex community systems with ease.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Humility, cultural responsiveness, and the ability to engage and support diverse, multi-stressed families.
