Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator

We are expanding our warehouse team and are hiring for two full-time positions within our operations department. This posting covers both roles, and the final position will be assigned based on experience, leadership ability, and performance during the interview:

Track A

Starts at ~$15/hr

• Responsible for daily inventory counts
• Performs cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Keeps warehouse layout organized, labeled, and accurate
• Updates the system with incoming and outgoing materials
• Assists with discrepancies, overstock, and missing product investigations
• Provides backup support to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed
• Helps maintain clean, safe warehouse organization standards

Track B

Starts at ~$17/hr

• Lead teams of warehouse associates
• Ensures that receiving, pulling, staging, and loading are completed accurately and on time
• Trains staff and enforces warehouse standards
• Coordinates directly with sales, purchasing, and management
• Resolves daily operational problems and provides solutions and results
• Covers the responsibilities of the Inventory Coordinator as needed
• Ensures safety protocols, SOPs, and inventory accuracy are followed

General Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Receive, label, organize, and store materials
• Perform physical labor such as loading/unloading (moderate–heavy lifting)
• Maintain clean workspaces and follow safety rules
• Communicate with other departments (Sales, Purchasing, Admin)
• Assist in implementing new warehouse systems and improvements

Requirements

• Warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license is a plus
• Leadership experience required for Track B

Pay & Schedule

• $15–$17/hr depending on role and experience
• 40 hours per week
• Some Saturdays may be required

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
