Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to optimize flavor and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and surrounding work areas
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
• Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed
• Uphold high standards of food presentation and customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs
• Background in fine dining or restaurant environments preferred
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
