What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as Scrum Master for 1-2 configuration-focused teams, ensuring effective Scrum events
• Coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Agile principles tailored for configuration work
• Remove or escalate impediments blocking teams and improve flow across the value stream
• Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to execute PI Planning and other ART events
• Use Jira and Jira Align to manage work visualizations, backlogs, and team progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for Agile teams, ideally including configuration-focused teams
• At least one Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM)
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, participating in PI Planning and ART events
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills without formal authority

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical project environments strongly preferred
