What you'll do:

• Bake: Whip up our signature thick, delicious cookies that are part cookie, part cake, and part brownie.
• Clean & Restock: Keep the shop fresh and tidy, from restocking cookie supplies to ensuring the store is spotless and ready for customers.
• Vibe: Keep the store's energy high with positive vibes and awesome customer service.
• Sell: Help customers find their favorite flavors and make sure they leave with a smile (and a bag full of cookies).
• Adapt: Work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key and flexibility is your best friend.
• Engage: Interact with customers and team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
• Stay on Your Toes: Be ready to stand and move around for your entire shift—our cookies aren't the only things on the go
• Create: Assist with store displays that showcase our cookies in the freshest, most creative ways.
• Party: Work with a team that knows how to mix fun with hard work. We hustle, but we do it with a beat

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for cookies, street culture, and customer service
• The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
• Strong interactive skills to engage with customers and teammates
• A positive, can-do attitude that makes everyone's day a little sweeter
• Flexibility and commitment to work shifts, including weekends
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (cookie baking is an art, after all)
• The stamina to stand and move around for your entire shift—because we're always on the move
• Experience in food service is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm is a must
