We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Rain's growing financial services platform—including new products that expand beyond earned wage access, such as rent smoothing, cash-flow tools, and financial health products.

This role will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for high-impact features from discovery through launch and scale. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and risk/underwriting to build products that are financially sound, user-friendly, and compliant.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and roadmapping to launch and scaling
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, risk, and marketing teams
• Define OKRs and success metrics to align product goals with company strategy
• Translate complex requirements into clear documentation for engineering and design
• Model product economics in partnership with data science to manage fraud and loss rates
• Lead discovery and experimentation to iterate on prototypes and new features
• Communicate updates and risks directly to executive leadership

• You have at least 5 years in Product Management, specifically within fintech or financial services
• You are a full-stack owner capable of running entire workstreams, not just features
• You are a data-proficient thinker who uses SQL, Looker, or Grafana to drive decisions
• You are a strategic & tactical expert who thrives in structured ambiguity
• Effective Influencer across both technical and business domains
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact, consumer-facing products
