Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Supervisor, Front Desk, to lead our front-of-house team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee daily guest services operations, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and foster outstanding guest relations. Your leadership will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, and coordinate reservations efficiently
  • Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall guest experience
  • Maintain a welcoming environment by promoting hospitality management best practices and supporting team members in their roles
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines across all front desk operations
  • Support guest relations efforts by addressing concerns proactively and fostering positive interactions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service and guest relations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is advantageous
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team toward delivering outstanding service
  • Passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences for every visitor
