We're searching for an outstanding therapist to join our dedicated team. From sub-acute detox to aftercare planning, we offer a comprehensive spectrum of care for clients with dual diagnosis.

• Manage a small caseload of clients

• Showcase excellent communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.

• Engage frequently with clients, leading group and individual sessions, and conducting family interventions.

• Handle various situations adeptly, including crisis intervention and motivational interviewing.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support clients.

• Maintain clinical responsibility for up-to-date documentation of progress notes and tx plans.

• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Participate in peer consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team of Clinical Director, case managers and nursing staff.

• Assist in facilitating family support meetings.

At SEE Purpose, we set high standards for our team:

• **EMDR and Mindfulness Proficiency**: All our clinicians are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and mindfulness techniques, ensuring we provide comprehensive care to our clients.

**Education Requirements**:

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral/mental health field from an accredited college or university is required.

**Licensure**:

• Licensure is required. Eligible licenses include LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, at minimum.

• Maintain a current and valid license/associate number to practice as a therapist in the State of Indiana, along with CPR certification.

**Experience**:

• Experience in addictions treatment and/or working with dually diagnosed individuals is preferred but not required.

• While not mandatory, a background or training in mindfulness, trauma-focused treatment, and EMDR is preferred.

Pay: $65, $72,000.00 per year
