Über

Propersys Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer who will work with our Engineering team to ensure the systems, processes, and practices meet or exceed requirements for our large scale construction project. This person will execute quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across different sites. Furthermore, this candidate should have strong analysis and problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and super attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate directly with engineering, construction, and other teams to develop appropriate equipment and system inspection standards to assure critical features are controlled and monitored throughout the assembly and production process using Advanced Production Quality Planning (APQP).
  • Develop and manage quality metrics using data visualization tools to identify areas of improvement, prioritize issues, and drive continuous advancement of activities across different projects and assignments.
  • Perform weekly and daily quality assurance inspections for pipe weld bead, pipe and fittings materials, and assembly lines.

  • Provide consultation and participation in qualifying welders and support assembly operators selections.

  • Proactively review and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS) of a Semiconductor manufacturing company.
  • Investigate and coordinate failure analysis with employees and suppliers to determine root cause and corrective action based on findings.
  • Document design review activities such as inspection, calibration management, change management, and NPIs for weekly internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, or projects as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understand of building and construction of facilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to properly participate with them and demonstrate your understanding of their business and their needs.

  • Deliver quality Records Management services consistently based on subject matter expertise and experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates for continuous process improvement.
  • A detailed and organized personality.
  • Passionate to learn new skills.

Desired:

  • Bilingual Mandarin

Required Education and experiences:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or related fields
  • At least 3 years in related fields

Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
