Job Description
Shearer Supply Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate safely unload HVAC equipment to our customers. This opportunity is immediately available for dependable workers

• Unload/Load equipment for deliveries
• Help stock the warehouse
• Maintain clean warehouse
• Treat customers with respect and provide excellent customer experience
• Assist customers with in-store purchases

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience
• Be able to effectively work in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass pre-employment screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to assist with loading/unloading trucks
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
