Dental Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Customer Support Representative to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly multi-task in an office setting performing duties including primarily case entry, invoicing, uploading of documents, and shipping
• Provide support for employees and managers in all customer relation and shipping/receiving tasks; including both unloading and sorting incoming packages and professionally packaging outgoing cases
• Provide exceptional customer service to dentists' offices over the phone and by email
• Record all incoming and outgoing cases, adhering to lab safety guidelines
• Update database according to new information
• Responsible for accurately tracking case data, while researching information in current systems
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred as you will regularly communicate with dental office staff
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
• High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
• Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Team Player a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent required
